Agreement to these terms

By accessing Smart Capture Studio, you agree to use the product responsibly and only for lawful testing, evaluation, and automation workflows.

Alpha preview

Smart Capture Studio is currently offered as an alpha preview. Features may change, be unavailable, or produce incomplete results while the product is being tested and improved.

Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for keeping account access secure.
  • You should provide accurate contact and workspace information.
  • Access may be limited, suspended, or removed if these terms are violated.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the product to attack, disrupt, or access systems without permission.
  • Do not record passwords, payment details, confidential production data, or sensitive personal information during test capture.
  • Do not upload malicious code, attempt to bypass security controls, or interfere with other users.

Customer content

You retain ownership of test recordings, scripts, project data, and feedback you submit. You grant us permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Smart Capture Studio.

Product changes

We may modify, pause, or discontinue alpha features as we learn from users and improve the platform.

No warranties

The alpha product is provided as-is and without warranties. You are responsible for reviewing generated tests and deciding whether they are suitable for your environment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Capture Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the product.
